Does any of this
feel familiar?

The people who come to me aren't broken. They're exhausted. Here are some of the things I hear most often.

If you nodded along to even one of these,
I'm glad you found this page.

Let's Talk
You feel anxious but can't always explain why. The worry is just always there.
You feel numb and disconnected, like you're watching your life from the outside.
You have a hard time concentrating, sitting still, or finishing what you start.
Your relationships feel stuck in the same painful patterns, with partners, family, or yourself.
Something from your past keeps showing up in your present in ways you can't quite explain.
You've Googled your symptoms a hundred times, but reading about them isn't the same as talking to someone.

Hi, I'm Niti.

"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."
— Carl Jung

I'm a Clinical Psychologist & Psychotherapist based in Gurugram, India, and I work with adults who are navigating some of the hardest chapters of their lives.

Over the years, I've worked with people facing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, and relationship struggles, and I've come to deeply believe that it's not just what happens to us, but how we make sense of it that shapes who we become.

In our sessions, my primary objective is to deeply understand your unique experiences and perspectives, guiding us on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and overall well-being.

"I came to Niti feeling like I was drowning in anxiety, unable to explain it to anyone around me. Four months later, I have language for what I feel, tools that actually work, and a sense of myself I hadn't had in years."

When you reach out, I share my fee details and working hours with you. Once we decide it's a good fit, I send you an intake form and a consent form. Once you fill, sign, and return both forms, we agree on a mutually convenient time for our first session.
